We’re Helen and Michael, siblings who, after nearly a decade of distance, found our way back to each other and to the land of our roots: Finland. Our childhood was shaped by movement , with different countries, shifting landscapes, separate paths.
Over time, life pulled us in different directions. Then in 2025, something called us home, not just to each other, but to our Nordic roots.
Where We Are Now
Helen lives in the UK with her husband and two Shih Tzus. She dreams of a simpler, slower life more aligned with nature. She hopes to one day create a retreat space in Finland, where people can reconnect with stillness, creativity, and themselves.
Michael, having lived in Canada and the UK, has now returned to Finland. He’s beginning to lay the foundations of our shared vision by exploring land, culture, and creative possibilities from the heart of the Nordic countryside.
Though we live in different countries for now, we’re building something across the miles: a space for reconnection with nature, with family, and with creativity.
